Cancellation Policy

Cancellation, Return, and Refund Policy:

Tastani reserves the right to accept or reject an order. Order acceptance is subject to dispatch of the product

Once the order is placed, an order confirmation will be communicated on the registered email address and/or phone number along with a unique order identification number. You understand that you will have to use the assigned order identification number in all communications with us with respect to orders placed.

Cancellation

You can cancel the order by contacting our customer support at the provided email address and/or phone number. You will receive a full refund if order cancellation is carried out on the same day of order placement. Else the order will be considered confirmed.


Refund

As our products are perishable, all sales are considered final.

You are eligible for a refund:

If the order has been canceled within the cut-off time;

If the ordered product is out of stock and Tastani is unable to produce and/or supply the same due to unforeseen circumstances;

If you received a broken or damaged bottle or the wrong product. In case of such an event, contact our customer support at the provided email address and/or phone number within twenty-four (24) hours of receipt of the product. You will be responsible for returning the unused products to Tastani.

If you are not satisfied with the quality of our products. You will be responsible for returning 90% of unused products to Tastani within three (3) days of product receipt. For quality-related returns, a refund is subject to approval by Tastani. The product will be inspected and if the reason for return is proven to be genuine, a refund will be initiated. The status of the refund will be communicated to you by email and/or message.

If approved for a refund, the amount will be credited to the card or the account used during order placement or the original method of payment.

You are not eligible for a refund

if the shipment was returned due to an incorrect address;

if arrangements have not been made for taking delivery of the product;

if you refuse to accept the product at the time of delivery for reasons other than damage;

if damage to the product is reported after 24 hours of receipt of the product;

If a quality issue is reported after 3 days of receipt of the product.

Tastani reserves the right to approve or refuse the refund.

Shipping

You agree that you will be responsible for paying shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable and will be deducted from your refund, as applicable.
